STEVEN OTHORO - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Steven has been the Head of Vision 21 Sports Management and consulting for the past 5 years, working in 8 countries across Africa. He manages the Aspire Football dreams program and has been the Regional Director for 6 years.Before founding Vision 21, Steven was an Account manager at Ogilvy One Worldwide, specifically in Sports and Experiential Marketing for two
years. He was in charge of a number of sports events for leading brands in Kenya e.g. Tusker Athletics, Nairobi Marathon, Sprite Basketball, Tusker
Safari Sevens, Barclays Soccer, Kenya Golf Open.
He was also the Head of Sports at Omicron Sports and Entertainment for two years where among others he planned and executed Slamfest (An
international High School Basketball Tournament) and The Jump 4 Life Program in association with Land ‘O’ Lakes and USAID. Steven is a former
US Professional Basketball Player having played for The Texas Rimrockers, Juarez Galos, Kansas City Knights and Harlem Strong Dogs. He has a
Marketing and Finance Degree from Baylor University where he studied on a full basketball Scholarship.
SHIELA MURIITHI - ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Sheila started off in the Customer Service arena and worked at various positions within the FMCG industry before moving into the advertising arena where she honed her marketing and communications skills.Her work experience has broadened her knowledge in marketing, event and brand management, public relations and media management across
several diverse industries. She also flexes her creative skills through graphic design. She is an Account Director at Vision 21 Sports Consulting as
well as a director of Quintessentially Lifestyle Services Limited. Sheila has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from USIU-A and a
Masters degree in Advertising from RMIT Australia.
ROSEMARY WAMBUI - PROGRAMS DIRECTOR
Rosemary Wambui is a consultant/trainer mainly in the areas of Conflict Management, Resource Development, and Drug Dependency Counselling.
She has over twenty years experience in the corporate, non-governmental, and religious sectors, in areas of leadership and training skills in
corporate and NGO setting, facilitating small groups, rapporteuring in the area of diplomacy, conflict and conflict management; mentoring young
people, training in mentoring and interpersonal & faith-based conflict management; counselling, project co-ordination, and resource development
and communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, a Certificate in Chemical Dependency Counselling Psychology, and a
Master of Arts in International Relations with a focus on issues of Conflict and its Management.
